COST ACCOUNTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
• With at least 6-8 years experience in cost accounting in a woods manufacturing environment
• Excellent computer skills w/ MS Office, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate a multi-department team
• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Hardworking and trustworthy
• Willing to be assigned in Surigao del Sur plant offices. Otherwise, the applicants need not submit their resume.

Our client, a market leader in the FMCG industry is looking for a Senior Cost Accountant. The incumbent will play a business partnering role to Sales and contribute to business growth in SEA.

Senior Cost Accountant - (MNC/ North)

The Role :

• Develop and maintain standard costs for all existing and new products
• Analyze and review impact of cost trends on operating margins
• Analyse and report all variances impacting supply chain profitability
• Review the transfer pricing and costs charged
• Involved in annual budgeting of supply chain components
• Understand the drivers of the business and achieve business objectives
• Reviews production cost absorption analyses for local manufacturing sites & proposes competitive production costs for commercial use
• Supports Sales Head in major business impact initiatives

The Pre-Requisites:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in fast pace environment and adaptable to changes
• Location-North, Salary up to 8k
